- Your account: email, display name and every sign-in method (password, SSO, biometric enrolment).
- All sessions, devices and access tokens.
- All app data stored on our servers under your account.
- Every copy of your data on the device you delete from.
How to delete
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
- On the web: use the button above, sign in, and confirm.
For your protection we ask you to sign in again immediately before confirming, even if you are already signed in — this proves the request really comes from you.
How long it takes
- Your account and its data are removed from our live systems immediately.
- Residual copies in backups are erased within 30 days.
- Anonymous crash logs, which contain no personally identifiable information, may be retained for up to 90 days.
This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be restored. Creating a new account later starts from scratch.
Using the app as a guest? Guest sessions have no account to delete. Use Settings → Delete data in the app to erase everything stored on your device.

Để bảo vệ bạn, chúng tôi yêu cầu đăng nhập lại ngay trước khi xác nhận, kể cả khi bạn đang đăng nhập — điều này chứng minh yêu cầu thực sự đến từ bạn.
Thời gian xử lý
- Tài khoản và dữ liệu bị xóa khỏi hệ thống đang chạy ngay lập tức.
- Bản sao còn lại trong sao lưu được xóa trong vòng 30 ngày.
- Nhật ký lỗi ẩn danh, không chứa thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân, có thể được giữ tối đa 90 ngày.
Thao tác này không thể hoàn tác. Sau khi xóa, dữ liệu không thể khôi phục. Tạo tài khoản mới sau đó sẽ bắt đầu lại từ đầu.
Đang dùng ở chế độ khách? Phiên khách không có tài khoản để xóa. Hãy dùng Cài đặt → Xóa dữ liệu trong ứng dụng để xóa sạch dữ liệu trên thiết bị.
